November’s Volunteers of the Month: Tim and Ann Gribben!

OC Animal Care is very happy to announce that our Volunteers of the Month are Groomer Extraordinaires Tim and Ann Gribben! They returned to volunteering post-Covid and are setting the Grooming Room on fire! Many people may not realize how important bathing and grooming are to getting our shelter pets adopted. People want to be able to picture the shelter dog in their homes. Having a clean and fluffy appearance goes a very long way. Ann and Tim bring 30 years of professional dog grooming to OCAC and we are so grateful for their service!

October’s Volunteer of the Month: Tracy Takatsuka!

OC Animal Care is happy to celebrate October’s Volunteer of the Month, Tracy Takatsuka! Tracy is a newer volunteer who has jumped in with both feet! She has mastered Support Services, Small Dog Playgroup, walking the big dogs, and is always willing to help out with events. Tracy joined us on our first-ever Husky Mush Pack Walk!   Tracy has become a go-to volunteer for staff and her fellow volunteers. Congratulations Tracy! It’s always nice to see your smiling face around the shelter.
