Animal Control Officer Holladay has been voted Employee of the Year by his peers! ACO Holladay has been working with OC Animal Care since December 2015, and he currently holds Bachelor degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Cal State Fullerton. Before ACO Holladay started working at the shelter, he wasn’t too fond of cats… and now he LOVES them! He is a tremendous asset to our team and we are very proud and lucky to have him.
