Pet Adoption Success Stories
Please take a moment to share your adoption/pet finding experience with us. The Orange County Animal Care Shelter takes great pride in promoting all of its successes in helping our animals find loving homes, and reuniting pet owners with their lost pets. We
had recently lost our beautiful little Buster, our 6 year old
Tabby cat, who was truly a member of our family. After
exhausting our search for Buster, we sent out over 400 flyers
and putt a full page ad in a local paper (I know pretty crazy!)
We decided we would give another kitten a loving home. We went
to your shelter; my heart wasn't truly up to it but, my two
daughters kept begging. As we walked through the cat trailer I
was becoming sad thinking about Buster, when one gorgeous little
kitty captured my heart the second I laid eyes on her. We
adopted her and brought her home. She truly brought the light
back into our lives. Our home is full of laughter again. We will
always miss Buster but, Bubbles has been the most amazing part
of our family. She seemed to truly appreciate having a loving
home! Thank you so much for getting us through our grief!
